Job description
- Together with your colleagues, you stand at the start of a new production line. Important in this is that you think together, as a team, and ensure that you supervise the entire production process as well as possible;
- You build the machine, adjust it and analyse faults. All this to ensure that bags roll out of the machine;
- Correctly processing orders and a bit of administrative processing are no problem for you. As an accurate and precise operator, you have no problem doing this.

Job requirements
- A collegial and independent operator, or production employee with potential to grow into an operator, who would like to take up the adventure with us and be part of this great new project;
- You have MBO 3/4 working and thinking level;
- You are technically skilled and do your work with passion and pleasure;
- Working 3 shifts (day, night, evening) isn’t a problem for you.
